Dramatic bodycam shows rescue of two boys seconds from drowning
Two boys became trapped beneath Blackpool Pier during a family outing when the tide rose rapidly, clinging to the structure for around 40 minutes whilst their mother watched helplessly from shore. A volunteer lifeboat crew reached them within minutes and brought them to safety, with the boys' mother crediting the rescue team's bravery and dedication.
